My life in black and white
Puzzle Pieces

Just like a game of connect the dots
We learn to derive things from previous experiences,
We learn to accept the realization that indeed everything happens for a reason.
And that every experience is a learning lesson.
We learn to smile, laugh and cry
We smile when it hurts, laugh to hide the pain
and love till it hurts no more
this is the beauty of it all
and I wouldn't have it any other way

anyway wassup everyone? anyways it's been a while since i last updated my posts. um...to be precise it's been a month and 3 days...yep yep that's right. So anyways where was I when I was telling you guys my summer vacation...hm...well anyways got it the ILC.
well I stopped with the trip going there. anyways so in the bus I slept about past 3 and woke up past 5 in the morning. we did a stop over at some place in Quezon province. well there I kinda ate some breakfast...then after eating breakfast I went back to sleep...bwahahaha...anyways we arrived in Naga City, Bicol past 9 in the morning. WE went straight to our sleeping venues where we left our things and from there we went straight to the main venue which was at the Naga City sports complex. the moment i stepped down from the bus I knew this was the start of tons of fun and adventure. The main conference didn't start till 6 pm in the evening...surely you guys are really wondering how we killed those 9 long hours. well first we ate lunch...duh we need to eat lunch ya know? then after lunch we started playing a couple of games...the first game we played was charades. It was the boys vs the girls.fortunately the girls dominated, and we won 5- 4 . bwahahahaha...anyway the second was a really cool game introduced to us by one of mu fellow YFC. it was called 0-0-7 BANG! wahahaha the game was really kewl and the one committing a mistake would end up getting powder all over his or her face.bwahahaha well eventually i got powdered a couple of times and it was oh soo fun. we were all having such a good time that we didn't really know that we already killed so much time...by 6 pm it was show time.
we were all called to the front where we did our opening worship(well that how we start all our activities in YFC) then after that there were opening remarks and from there it was off...i heard a lot of inspirational talks and sharing where i really learned a lot. not to mention some cool band rocked the stage in those 2 nights. friday night Spongecola took center stage. and on saturday night Rocksteddy rocked the house with their songs. it was really a great experience. and i was fortunate enough to have ever been able to join my friends on this great trip.
As I shout onece again "Solo Dios Basta!" ahwoo ahwoo!!!
two cheers for the successful 14th International Leaders Conference :Rebolusyon ng Pagasa!
while playing 0-0-7 BANG! whahaha look at our beautifully powdered faces....

FAST FORWARD TO FRIDAY :THE 20th
anyways the day was hectic with sore throats and bodies we needed to go to the venue early...so here we go......................................................................................................................................................................
everything was well and great not to mention we had this kewl id's
the Id was made by of course my ever loyal dearest brother...anyways I was suppose to be part of the music ministry but I became a fascilitator. waaah at first I was afraid of what people might say since I haven't even attended the facilitators training. well for the first night well i guess it was alright. finally when it was sleeping time ,of course i had to show my members where their sleeping venues are and I had to sleep with them. well everything was alright. not to mention that my partner and I talked till the wee hours of the morning. what were we talking about you ask? well I just told her stories about the things that happened from the previous ILC and then It happened. my partner had given me the perfect name for him ROCKY ROAD!!! then after that we talked about him. then when we heard that some one was coming we lied down immediately. when the coast was clear we started playing tricks on some of our brothers. we started calling them then when they'd look we'd immediately hide our heads. we were laughing our heads of a lot!!! then after that we grew tired of it then we finally decided to sleep by past 1 am. unfortunately we we woke up because of those darn mosquitoes. darn mosquitoes. It was only past 3 and we were all groggy. but my partner and I decided to wake up. (sigh) It was finally time for day 2!!!
day 2 started with breakfast...and with almost all of the facilitators taking a rinse by the faucet near the left side of the stage. I mean can you blame us? the Restrooms were crowded by participants. mehn can you guys blame us? anyways then we had the teaching of songs! yey this was my favorite part! yeah anyways while the music ministry was teaching some songs unexpectedly one of the speakers came to me and asked me to be one of her sharers. at first I was dumbfounded (can ya blame me?) then I just realized later on that some of my YFC brothers and sisters were already praying over me the speaker and the other sharer. the moment I came back the were already singing one of my favorite songs." The baby shark song!"
all the facilitators were asked to go in front and teach the participants the actions so I had to go there...waaah it was a lot of fun...dancing the song made me remember the first time I joined YFC...ehehehe anyways after the warm up the team leaders finally started introducing the 2nd speaker which was a sister fro villa cecillia. the moment she stood up my knees was already shivering from fear. after that because of fear I took a short visit to the restroom. the moment I came back I was shocked to see that everyone was staring at me...and then some of my brothers were saying" lagot ka boi tinawag ka na kanina wala ka..." of course now I was really afraid... then the moment she called my name...this was it...it was all or nothing...
.........................................................................................................................................................................
just kidding well the sharing went well and I guess some of them were listening some weren't but that was okay...i guess not bad for a first time ayt? I guess my brother was also proud of me considering that he mentioned me while he was doing his talk. yey! anyways after that a long afternoon awaited the facilitators we had 1 to 1's with our members not to mention that we had to think about our presentation for ou E~night... ehehehe well fortunately all my members all opened up to me they were all great and finally when it was time for the touges workshop we all needed all the help and guidance we could have to prepare us for the baptism. finally when it was time for the baptism this was the moment of truth for all of us. we had to help these people open up and be ready to receive the gift of the holy spirit that they chose.
.........................................................................................................................................................................
.........................................................................................................................................................................
chill everything went smoothly of course I stuttered and all but I was able to go through with it. yey! after the baptism we had our worship! and each and everyone of us were hands up to God.
after the worship we had a light midnight snack...hurray for sopas winner ka talaga! then we immediately started with the e~night. well ou group presented the song Torete. all the other participants were singing while i played on guitars. whowiii not bad for a first try...ei?nways let's end the saturday night here coz te other thing left were full of drama.

sunday morning!!!!
whooooo this was the last day...awwww...course since it was only half day most of us decided not to take a bath. wahahahaha can you blame us? besides something really embarrassing happened to me. well here the scoop: since we were facilitators we needed to get up early so that we could wake up the other participants but it turned out to be vice versa. the participants ended up waking me up...waaaaah talk about embarrassment to the next level ei? and to think it ended there. well it didn't. turns out some of my YFC brothers and sisters already came to our room and tried to wake me up but unfortunately they didn't succeed. and now they were calling me names an teasing me...talk about major embarrassment ei?haaay...anyways after that we all had a scrumptious breakfast courtesy of our king and generous tito's and tita's. after that the last talk followed. after the talk slowly the parents of our participants started arriving. we knew what signaled this. it was the start of the 1 to 1 sessions of the parents to their kids. fortunately most of the participant parents came but still there was still some who didn't come. after the 1 on 1 talk of the parents and their children we had a thanksgiving mass as a sign of thanks for all the blessings we received for the past few days. after the mass we had a short salo salo then after that we had our closing worship. In the end we had 71 souls lead to God's light and up to now we hope and pray to keep those 71 souls. It only show that indeed God has his mysterious ways and one proof was this successful youth camp and I'm glad that I was able to be part of it's service team and that I was able to touch some hearts even if it was just for a while.
I end my post here and with one of my favorite songs from the camp's song line up. thanks for reading again and lots of love mwahugs acee here signing out cheriio cheriie...
The Reason I live Hillsong - United
Jesus You are the reason I live (Woah)
Jesus You are the reason I live (Yeah)
When I think of the things You've done for me
I know You are the reason I live
And I, I want to know You more each day
God please open my eyes
And show me Your way
You are the reason I live in this world
You are the One that I want to be like
You are the reason I live in this world
Show me the way to live
I want to be like You
I'll always go Your way
And that will never change
You will be the One for all my days
I'll always go Your way
And that will never change
You will be the One for all of my days
