My life in black and white
Puzzle Pieces

Just like a game of connect the dots
We learn to derive things from previous experiences,
We learn to accept the realization that indeed everything happens for a reason.
And that every experience is a learning lesson.
We learn to smile, laugh and cry
We smile when it hurts, laugh to hide the pain
and love till it hurts no more
this is the beauty of it all
and I wouldn't have it any other way

" I was fast asleep when I had a feeling you were leaving. I panicked and checked if you're still here, you were about to leave. Thank God, God woke me up to say goodbye. Bye"
~b
I received this message from a friend whom I need not mention here. Whatever happens, I know she knows who she is...
Goodbyes are really hard and some even say that they are better left unsaid. They say that goodbyes are probabaly one of the main cause of man's bitterness. Once he goes out that door...it's bye bye for good...so why do people say goodbye? why do people leave, specially when they know that it would only cause pain and suffering to the people around them? why?
but did you ever consider the fact that maybe they never really wanted to leave at all? that complicated circumstances forced them to do so? That maybe they never really wanted to leave at all...that all the bitterness that you felt upon their departure is twice as much as he felt the moment he walked out of your door...
they say that goodbyes can permanently mark a person's life...it can either make or break the person...but not all goodbyes end with the heroine sad and longing...sometimes it makes the heroine smarter, sharper and stronger. It's baisically up to her on how she's going to take advantage of the situation...work out a plan...and live her life like before...actually better than before.
so the next time somebody turns his/her back at you while uttering the word GOODBYE...the best that you can do is to flash a smile, no matter ho hard it is to conceal the irony and sarcasm from penetrating your cover up or controling the harsh tears from falling. there's no solid gurantee that everyone who leaves never comes back again, right?
"So take a good look at my face, you'll see my smile looks out of place
Just look closer, it's easy to trace the tracks of my tears"
"to all those who left, and who wer'e left behind, to all those who are presently hurting and suffering right now...may you find the happiness that you desire and the one who could give it to you. and to all those who are searching for that happiness..."
